Heidi Pritchard

Heidi Pritchard joined Preferred Compliance Solutions in 2010 but has been exposed to the compliance side of the affordable housing industry for over 25 years. As a nationally recognized industry professional, Heidi developed a unique set of skills that have allowed for the development of industry resources and material that have changed how property staff are trained. Her media marketing skills combined with her expansive industry knowledge led to her current position as Senior Brand Manager. She is highly skilled in social media and services strategy, videography and creative reasoning. As Senior Brand Manager Heidi works closely with our executive team to influence company branding, coordinate industry training and manage production projects.

Heidi has been awarded the Housing Credit Certified Professional designation and as such, she is passionate about her work on behave of property staff. On her day-to-day work as Senior Brand Manager, her highest guiding principle is to be influenced by the needs, fear, hopes, and cares of those we serve directly or indirectly.
